Crisis

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We work directly with thousands of homeless people every year, providing vital help so that people can rebuild their lives and are supported out of homelessness for good.

Facts about our job

  • Last year we helped more than 11,000 people on their journey out of homelessness
  • Our one-to-one support services help people find safe places to call home
  • We provide people who are homeless with access to qualifications and accredited courses to help them into employment

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. Homelessness is a devastating, dangerous and isolating experience. We believe that if we work together we can end it.

We have decades of experience of working with homeless people and know what’s needed to end homelessness for good. This experience shapes the services we provide and the changes we campaign for.

We support people out of homelessness for good. At our 12 Skylight services across England, Scotland and Wales we offer one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people.

We help homeless people find and keep a home. We do this by working with landlords to ensure a supply of places to live and give homeless people the tools and knowledge they need to rent successfully.
